My practice is available at locations in New York City, Beacon, Cold Spring and New WIndsor. At-Home Visits or Online Sessions can be arranged as well.

Integrative Acupuncture

Our integrative acupuncture sessions aim to address the root causes of your health concerns through Chinese medicine teachings and techniques.

Duration: 60 to 90 minutes

  • To address your current health concerns or goals by identifying your specific needs, based on your health constitution, health history, lifestyle, habits, belief systems, and more.

  • To help you in overcoming health challenges, empowering you with practical knowledge to be applied, and developing self-confidence in your well-being and in life.

  • Common modalities applied : acupuncture and moxibustion, Tui Na bodywork, postural restorative exercises, Qi Gong, and food therapy.

  • We provide educational resources such as reading materials, instructional videos, or restorative exercises to complement your session.

Personal Training

Our holistic personal training approach integrates physical fitness with overall wellbeing, creating individualized training plan that honor your body's unique needs.

Duration: 60 to 75 minutes

  • To guide you towards your ideal health and fitness goals in a safe, sustainable, and efficient manner.

  • To train in a multi-dimensional manner, covering different aspects of fitness such as strength, stamina, motor control, agility, cardiovascular capacity, reaction time, and more.

  • To evaluate your postural alignment, biomechanics, cardiovascular health, strength and endurance levels.

  • We provide educational resources such as reading materials, instructional videos, or restorative exercises to complement your training plan.

Holistic Nutrition Coaching

Our holistic nutrition coaching is based on Chinese Medicine Food Therapy teachings, guiding and empowering you with the knowledge to create lasting positive dietary changes that support your health and wellbeing.

8-Week Holistic Nutrition Coaching Program

  • Initial Assessment - 75-minute online session to get an overall picture of your health history, current lifestyle, and belief system around nutrition.

  • Customized Nutrition Coaching - eight week process to learn about your unique nutritional needs and how to make changes.

  • Holistic Nutrition Workbook - to learn about food preparation, Chinese Medicine Food Therapy, mind-body practices, and more.

  • Ongoing Support & Resources:

    • Grocery shopping, recipes, and meal preparation guidelines

    • Unlimited email access
