I'm Anthony Wong, a licensed acupuncturist and certified personal trainer based in New York City and Beacon in the Hudson Valley.

Anthony Wong Wellness is my multidisciplinary holistic health practice, born from a simple but powerful mission: to help people overcome health challenges and expand their health and fitness potential.

Too many people live with chronic pain and health challenges, feeling unheard and exhausted from trying everything without lasting results. They're told to "just manage it" or given solutions that don't address their unique needs.

Through my studies in Chinese Medicine, I've learned to see what others miss. Where others see separate problems, I see patterns. I'm here to help you connect the dots—to understand what your body has been trying to tell you and create a path to healing that actually works for you.
